The Holiday Farmhouse Poletti
The renovation of Poletti House began in June 2009 and ended in summer 2011. It was a conservative renewal of a historical building, with the aim to maintain the structural and aesthetical characteristics typical of the area. Particular emphasis was placed in the use of traditional materials: marble verdello from Trentino, for both interior and the exterior of the building; the porphyry of the Cembra Valley, for the exterior; fir and larch wood of alpine forests for coatings , flooring, furniture and fixtures.
The building is thermally and acoustically insulated to prevent heat loss during winters and keep the temperatures cooler in the summer months. The double-glazed windows, as well as the sound absorbing materials of interiors and ceilings, guarantee to every room excellent standards in comfort and privacy.
Particular attention was also paid to renewable energy. Heating and hot water are produced by a heating plant that works with biomass (wood chips). The electricity is produced by two photovoltaic plants located on the roof of the building.
In the renewal process the building has been enhanced with a lift that goes up from the garage floor on the top floor.

The breakfast room: "Hall of the Sun"
The breakfast room, called “Hall of the Sun”, is warm and welcoming. The colors of the wood of floor, ceiling and furniture, remind of the warmth and positivity of the first sun shines in the morning. The massive stone walls remember the old houses walls and almost seem to wrap and give security. There is no separation between the kitchen and dining room to create more contact with the guest.
Rooms and bathrooms
The rooms are spacious, with bathrooms en suite, comfortable, quiet and bright. Windows frames, flooring and furnitures are made of larch and fir wood. Every room is characterized by one color: the blue of the sky, the green of nature, orange and pink of dawn and purple of sunset. All rooms are equipped with satellite TV and fast internet connection (ADSL). The bedding is made of hypoallergenic materials. The bathrooms are comfortable, spacious and equipped with hairdryer, toiletries and towels. Particular attention is paid to cleanliness and hygiene.

Cellars: “Cianva” and "Vòut Stella Alpina"
In the heart of Poletti House there are 2 typical cellars of the past ("vòuti"). They are the evidence of how houses were built in the past: ??rock after rock, with patience and skill. Nowadays, completely renewed and returned to its former glory, the cellars of “Agritur Primo Sole” are a place of transformation, storage and tasting of food products. The larger of the two cellars is the place where you can put "hands-on" our homemade food products: apple juice, sauerkraut, sausages, salamis, speck (regional typical ham), jams, preserves and other specialty food of "Grandma Mary". The "Cianva" (cellar in the Rhaeto-Romanic language of Val di Non) is the smallest cellar and is the place where products are stored and in which you can make delicious tasting.
Solarium and "Pont"
Outside the house a terrace covered with precious porphyry of Cembra Valley, will become a place of relax in the warm summer evenings. The old "Pont", also restored to its former glory offers shelter from the hot summer sun.
The hotel has some parking garages and some parking spaces outside. Nearby there is a large public car park.
